加德生學校認爲要培育學生有良好的品格,必須以培養學生成爲一個負責任的公民爲基礎。我們向學生提出一些基本的道德標准及行爲准則,並要求他們做到要對自己和整個校區負責。我們同時認爲卓越的教育,一定是涵括了對學生在人格方面的培養,使學生能夠真正成長爲一個不僅是有學問而且是一個品格高尚的人。也只有這樣,在我們的校區內方能處處體現到安全,相互尊重,關懷及包容。
在加德生學校我們實行每月一次的崇尚優良品格的教育。我們鼓勵校區內的每一位成員(包括教職員工和學生),推選出一個最能體現到當月品行教育的代表人物,學校將予以獎勵,並在學校的牆報上張貼他/她的照片,以激勵更多的學生自覺參與義務工作,社區的活動和建立社會的正義感。
