At J. Addison, we believe a healthy balanced diet played an integral part of student success, as nourishment affects their daily performance and development. With this in mind, our chefs meticulously design and prepare meals 7 days a week, ensuring a wide range of flavorful global dishes which follow nutritious guidelines are served. Both day and boarding students will enjoy their meals at the spacious and hygienic cafeteria, conveniently, located inside the main school building.
Robert is the Head Chef at Café J. He provides hundreds of healthy and delicious meals and snacks every day to our staff and students. Catering services have recently been made available, as Robert has over 20 years of experience in the food service industry, evidenced by his accomplished preparation, cooking, and serving skills. Prior to joining Café J’s kitchen, Robert was an Executive Chef, Manager of a retail food service operation, and in charge of creating international menus and managing staff. Robert obtained his Food Handlers certificate and has successfully completed a course in Callabuet Chocolate.
