On July 29, we had a warm speech from our Principal, Mr. Daniel Cooper, who welcomed our summer school students. Courses for the summer take place over the month, during which students from grades 9 to 12 engage in various subjects to earn credits and prepare for the upcoming semester.

Mr. Cooper congratulated the students on their significant step in joining a new school in Canada, and for the courage it takes to come into a foreign country to learn in another language. He emphasized the importance of punctuality, classroom participation and communication, maximizing their learning experiences both in the classroom and with their classmates.

Additionally, Mr. Cooper introduced our staff members to ensure students feel comfortable and supported. Mrs. Shohreh, our dedicated Academic Guidance Counsellor, expressed her joy to welcome them and how she can support with their course selections and future educational paths. Mr. Cooper also reminded students of the importance of asking questions and seeking help, highlighting that our professors are always ready to provide support.

We wish all our new summer students the best for the coming weeks, which we are confident will be full of exciting opportunities. The entire staff at J Addison, a well-known secondary boarding school in Toronto, Canada, is thrilled to have them here! We welcome students who would like to explore different cultures and new challenges to our city, offering a unique learning experience!
