Elite Girls Basketball Program

Since its inception, J. Addison School Elite Girls Basketball has proven itself to be an elite program that can compete with the best teams across Canada and the United States. Our graduate athletes have gone on to play at post secondary institutions across North America; including the NCAA, USports, Junior College, along with professional clubs in Europe. J. Addison School is consistently a top ten team in Canada according to CANLETES Big 10 National Prep Rankings. We plan to continue and build on the success of previous years to compete at the highest level of High School Basketball while developing our young talent to become prime prospects for the Post-Secondary level.

Dale Harris

Head Coach

Coach Harris is a certified basketball coach through Canada’s National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP Levels 1 & 2) and is also certified with both the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials and the Toronto Association of Basketball Officials.

A passionate educator and leader, Coach Harris has spent more than 20 years developing and training individuals in professional and community settings while fostering teamwork, accountability, confidence, and continuous growth. His coaching philosophy emphasizes strong fundamentals, basketball IQ, discipline, and character development, helping student-athletes succeed both on the court and in the classroom. Committed to creating a positive, competitive, and inclusive environment, Coach Harris challenges players to reach their full potential, embrace leadership opportunities, and develop a lifelong love of the game. Through skill development, teamwork, and high expectations, he strives to prepare athletes for success at the next level and beyond.
